The highlight of the competition on Day 6 of the Commonwealth Full bore Shooting Championshipsthe remained the close fight between the contestants. 7 shooters out of 22 shot 100 out of 100. 4 shooters shot 99 which means the shooters are well prepared and taking the championships seriously. India's Major Proween Dahiya shot 50/50 pulling his team up in the Badge and pairs event. Major Amit Khanna shot moderately 44/50. James Corbett from Australia is leading with 170/170 in individual category. In pairs South Africa (Petrus Hassbroek & Jan Jonck) scored 200/200 after 500 yards.
The prize distribution will be on 24th April, 2010 at 11:30 am and Mr Suresh Kalmadi, chairman Organising Committee, Commonwealth Games has kindly consented to be the chief guest. The guest of honour will be ISSF (International Shooting Sports Federation) President Mr. OB Rana.
