Malaysia won the 7th edition of the Asian Youth Netball Championship with a 63-39 (16-07, 19-10, 14-13, 14-09) victory over Sri Lanka in the final on the last day of the competition at the Thyagaraj Sports Complex in New Delhi on Saturday. Sri Lanka, who surprised Singapore in the semi-final on Friday, could not produce a similar performance against the favourites.
India settled for fourth position following their 38-56 (09-18, 10-14, 10-09, 09-15) defeat at the hands of Singapore, who finished third, on the final day of the 7th Asian Youth Netball Championship at the Thyagaraj Sports Complex in New Delhi on Saturday.
